Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Headwaters Consulting.  I founded this business after hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2019.  I worked in corporate America for over 30 years and when I finished my hike one thing was certain - I discovered my purpose and passion.  That purpose is to help teams and businesses to excel. With that mission and focus I took the risk and founded Headwaters Consulting. We focus on three areas: People, Process and Products.  We are on a mission to support our clients as true partners, working side by side utilizing our innovative approach to help build superior teams, develop long term strategy and improve execution.  We believe every business is unique and as such requires a unique approach.  We provide a boutique experience to develop a plan tailored to your specific needs.  Your results are all that matter to us here at Headwaters.

Tim brings a special skillset and capability to the table in helping solve the current challenges you are facing.   Tim has served as CEO, Founder, Strategic Business Unit Manager, Sr. Director Portfolio and Product Management and Director of Manufacturing.  He has a unique perspective developed by working in businesses ranging from $10M to over $300M. He has Executive experience at companies from his own start-up, stat software solutions to both small business and fortune 50 companies.  His international experience spans Asia, Europe and the Middle East.


Today, Tim focuses on helping companies achieve superior results by focusing on Strategic Planning, Product Innovation, Process Improvement and High-Performance Team development.  Tim uses a unique approach and truly believes that a highly engaged team with a clear mission can deliver exceptional results.


The approach Tim uses was developed over 30 years of diverse industry experience in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Electronics industries is a proved a formula for helping business transform results.  His method has time and again delivered over 10% top line growth and 3-5% in sustainable cost reduction.
